    Do I need to create an account to place an order?

    No, you can shop as a guest. However, we recommend creating an account to save your delivery address, track your orders easily, and access your purchase history for warranty claims.

    Are the products listed on Magnyte.com genuine?

    Absolutely. We are the direct manufacturers and distributors of the Magnyte® brand. When you buy from our official website, you are guaranteed 100% authentic products with a valid warranty.

    Do you have a physical store where I can see the products?

    Yes, our registered office is in Faridabad, Haryana. While we are primarily an online store, you can visit us by appointment for product demos or business inquiries. Please contact us at care@magnyte.com to schedule a visit.

    I want to buy in bulk for my car accessory shop. Is there a wholesale discount?

    Yes, we partner with dealers and installers across India. Please drop an email to sales@magnyte.com with your business details, and our B2B team will get back to you with our dealer price list.

    The product I want is "Out of Stock". When will it be back?

    We restock our inventory weekly. On the product page, click the "Notify Me When Available" button and enter your email address. You will receive an alert the moment the stock is replenished.

    Does the price listed include GST?

    Yes, all prices listed on our website are inclusive of GST. You will not be charged any extra tax at checkout.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept a wide range of payment options including:

    Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

    Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery for most pin codes in India. However, for high-value orders (e.g., above ₹5,000), we may request a small advance token amount to confirm the order, with the balance payable upon delivery.

    Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

    Yes. We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your data. We do not store your card details on our servers; all transactions are processed through secure, RBI-approved payment gateways.

    Can I get a GST Invoice for my business purchase?

    Yes. On the checkout page, look for the field labeled "Add GST Number" (optional). Enter your company’s GSTIN and business name there, and you will receive a tax invoice suitable for input tax credit.

    Are there any hidden charges like sales tax or octroi?

    No. The price you see on the product page is final. Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly shown at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden fees.

    Do you offer EMI options?

    Yes, we offer EMI options through our payment gateway partners on select Credit and Debit cards. You can view the available EMI plans at the checkout step.

    Orders and Returns

    How do I track my order status?

    Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking number and a link. You can click that link to see the real-time location of your package.

    Can I cancel my order after placing it?

    You can cancel your order only if it has not yet been shipped. Please call us immediately at +91 9650784512 or email care@magnyte.com. If the order has already been dispatched, we cannot cancel it, but you may be eligible to return it after delivery.

    What is your return window?

    We have a 7-day return policy. You must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving the item. The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.

    I received a damaged or wrong product. What should I do?

    We apologize for the inconvenience. Please take photos or a video of the damaged/wrong item and email them to care@magnyte.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free pickup and send you a replacement immediately.

    When will I get my refund?

    Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 48 hours. It typically takes 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your original payment source (or bank account for COD orders).

    Do I have to pay for return shipping?

    If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we cover the shipping cost. If you are returning it because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong model, you may be responsible for the return shipping fees.
